Paddock Hills

Located north of downtown and west of Norwood, Paddock Hills is characterized by cul- de-sac streets, stands of poplars and pine oaks (many of which were planted when the homes were built), and a mix of historic and modern architecture. The neighborhood was annexed by Cincinnati in 1903; at the time, Paddock Hills was primarily rural, but soon experienced a boom of carefully planned residential development led by John Spilker.

Most of the historic homes in Paddock Hills are Tudor Revival, with some Arts and Crafts varieties; these homes were built between 1910 and 1935 and range from $175,000 to $450,000.
