Dayton Street

Both part of the National Register of Historic Places, the Dayton Street and Betts- Longworth Historic Districts are located in Cincinnati’s West End. The Dayton Street Historic District is also known as “Millionaire’s Row.”

Many of the homes in the West End were built by the owners of Cincinnati’s beer breweries and pork packers from 1800 to 1890. Architecture styles include Greek Revival, Italianate, Second Empire, and Victorian homes; prices range from $80,000 to $1,500,000.

In addition to being walking distance to downtown, these districts contain their own attractions such as the Betts House, the oldest surviving brick building in Cincinnati. As well as the John Hauck House, now the headquarters of Cincinnati Preservation Association.
