Adam is a lifelong resident of Cincinnati and has been a licensed real estate agent since 2003. Over the past two decades, he has built a career specializing in historic properties, combining professional expertise with hands-on restoration experience.

Adam has personally purchased and restored numerous investment properties, as well as five of his own homes. His projects include a Queen Anne Victorian in the historic Rose Hill Subdivision of North Avondale and an Arts & Crafts home in the historic neighborhood of Westwood. Most recently, he has completed the restoration of two 1880s Second Empire homes in Cincinnati’s historic Camp Washington neighborhood.

His restoration work has been featured on local home tours and in the media, and he has received multiple awards from the Cincinnati Preservation Association in recognition of his preservation efforts.

In addition to his real estate practice, Adam owns and manages residential rental properties, providing him with a practical understanding of investment strategy, property management, and long-term asset stewardship. This combination of experience allows him to offer clients a uniquely informed perspective.

Adam ranks in the top 3% of the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors, averaging a closed transaction every six days. He has earned 16 consecutive Circle of Excellence Awards from the Cincinnati Realtor Alliance (formally Cincinnati Board of Realtors) to date.
