Covington North

Located across the Ohio River from downtown Cincinnati, Covington was established in 1814 and is today the fifth-most-populous city in Kentucky. Neighborhoods in North Covington are noted equally for their extravagant historic architecture and upscale modern entertainment and dining. Within walking distance of downtown Cincinnati over the historic John A. Roebling Suspension Bridge, North Covington neighborhoods also boast many of their own attractions, including MainStrasse village and the National Register District Licking Riverside, Covington’s oldest neighborhood.

Included in North Covington are the neighborhoods of Mainstrasse, Licking Riverside, Mutter Gottes, and Botany Hills. Built from 1850 to 1900, historic homes in North Covington include many fine examples of Italianate Victorian, with some Victorian Vernacular. Prices range from $200,000 to $1,300,000.
