Our historic listing at 3603 Vineyard Place in Columbia Tusculum has certainly maintained its appeal through the decades. Built in 1927, this home has the steeply pitched, hipped roof with flared eaves that are very characteristic of the French Eclectic architectural style.
Within the interior of the house, the nine-foot ceilings provide an open feeling elegantly enhanced by the many leaded-glass windows, hardwood floors, and French doors.
Designed by the renowned Architect John Henri Heekin, the over 4,600-square-foot house was once home to Cincinnati Activist Setty Kuhn, who lived there from there from 1927 to 1952. Setty was a widow who was extremely active in Cincinnati’s German-Jewish society and in championing liberal causes.
